W ramach projektu Stowarzyszenie Dzieciom Będzina wspierało Filipa Rekiecia

Filip Rekiećto utalentowany skrzypek, uczestnik naszych imprez kulturalnych, laureat Nagrody Ministra Kultury i Sztuki w 2006 r.

Zostały częściowo sfinansowane koszty jego pobytu na Festiwalu w Łańcucie oraz Warsztaty Muzyczne w Krakowie.

SDB wsparło także działalność kulturową młodych poprzez objęcie patronatu nad filmem amatorskim pt. „As”.

„As” to film o ludziach, którzy porzucili pasje w zamian za wygodne, niby beztroskie życie. To trzy różne historie o walce z wewnętrzną potrzebą realizacji marzeń a dostosowaniem się do realiów 20-ego wieku. Jest on również przestrogą dla tych, którzy znajdują się na rozdrożu ważnych decyzji życiowych, aby poszli za głosem serca, bo jak się przekonali bohaterowie filmu życie bez pasji nie ma sensu.
Reżyserem filmu jest wieloletni członek Stowarzyszenia Agnieszka Bukowiecka. „As” to film o pasjonatach kręcony przez pasjonatów. Zespół filmowy składa się z około 15 osób. Są to mieszkańcy z Zagłębia i okolic, którzy mają zamiłowanie do filmu, teatru bądź po prostu do inicjatywy młodych twórców.

Patronat nad produkcją objęło Stowarzyszenie Dzieciom Będzina – organizacja, która zawsze chętnie wspiera działalność kulturową młodych ludzi. Dodatkową atrakcją filmu jest występ dwóch członków zarządu Stowarzyszenia – pani Haliny Rybak-Gredki oraz pana Jacka Golonki. Premierę filmu zaplanowano jest na wczesną jesień 2008!

Inne:
W ramach wspieranie “młodych talentów” zaprosiliśmy na Estradę Młodych Rogera Karwińskiego, który na imprezie z okazji 650-lecia Miasta Będzina zaprezentował występ artystyczny dla szerokiej dziecięcej publiczności.
