Bank Podręczników mieści się w Miejskiej i Powiatowej Bibliotece Publicznej w Będzinie. Nieodpłatnie były wypożyczane na rok dzieciakom podręczniki szkolne i zeszyty ćwiczeń. Bank Podręczników liczy ponad 2000 pozycji.
