Działania w Ośrodku "Jesteśmy razem" z zakresu ochrony, profilaktyki i promocji zdrowia.

Ośrodek “Jestśmy razem” zajmuje się działaniami edukacyjno – opiekuńczyni, działaniami kulturalnymi a także profilaktycznymi i pomocą pedagogiczną dzieci i młodzieży. Zajęcia edukacyjne i opiekuńcze oraz rozwijające zainteresowania młodych ludzi prowadzone są przez nauczycieli, artystów oraz wolontariuszy według harmonogramu podanego w informacji Zajęcia w Ośrodku ‘Jesteśmy razem’

Realizowane w miesiacach listopad/grudzień 2006 r. zadanie z zakresu ochrony, profilaktyki i promocji zdrowia pn. “Prowadzenie działań profilaktyczno – edukacyjno – informacyjnych dla dzieci i młodzieży z zakresu przeciwdziałania narkomanii” jest dotowane ze środków budżetu miasta w kwocie 5 210 zł.
Autorką i koordynatorem tego zadania jest mgr Urszula Pluta.

Zajęcia profilaktyczne polegają na wspomaganiu uczniów w chwilach dla nich trudnych, pomocy w rozwiązywaniu problemów wieku dojrzewania i problemów szkolnych. Podczas spotkań uczymy się jak nawiązywać dobre stosunki z innymi, czyli prawidłowej komunikacji, wyrażania uczuć i uważnego słuchania, asertywności, jak rozwiązywać konflikty, jak radzić sobie ze stresem, samoakceptacji i wiary we własne siły.
Umiejętności te będą sprzyjały dzieciom w pokonywaniu trudności osobistych i szkolnych, w radzeniu sobie w trudnych sytuacjach, zwiększenie motywacji do nauki.
Zajęcia prowadzą pedagodzy – terapeuci. Prowadzimy jednocześnie zajęcia w ramach pedagogizacji rodziców. Odbędą się także 3 spektakle profilaktyczne.
