WALNE ZGROMADZENIE SPRAWOZDAWCZO-WYBORCZE
które odbędzie się w Ośrodku Stowarzyszenia Dzieciom Będzina „Jesteśmy razem” przy ul. Modrzejowskiej 89/1

Porządek obrad:
1.Otwarcie Walnego Zgromadzenia, wybór przewodniczącego obrad, wybór protokolanta, wybór Komisji Uchwał i Wniosków, Komisji Skrutacyjnej, przyjęcie porządku obrad.
2.Sprawozdanie Zarządu z działalności za okres 4-letniej kadencji.
3.Sprawozdanie Komisji Rewizyjnej.
4.Zatwierdzenie sprawozdań przez Walne Zgromadzenie.
5.Wybór wszystkich władz wybieralnych Stowarzyszenia na mocy §27 Statutu.
6.Dyskusja i wolne wnioski.
7.Przyjęcie uchwał.
8.Zakończenie obrad Walnego Zgromadzenia.

W przypadku braku quorum w pierwszym terminie w oparciu o §31 Statutu SDB ustala się drugi termin Walnego Zgromadzenia na 26 września 2008 roku, na godzinę 17:30

Prawo czynnego uczestnictwa w obradach i głosowaniach przysługuje Członkom SDB mającym opłacone składki (zaległości nie mogą przekraczać okresu 6 miesięcy).
